White kidney bean extract — alpha-amylase enzyme blocker. Prevents complex carbs from breaking down into sugar (R).
Ceylon Cinnamon — has water-soluble polymers that increase insulin sensitivity (R).
Glucomannan — soluble fiber source that expands up to 20x it’s weight in water and slows the absorption of carbohydrates.
